Ella's childhood was rooted in a small Midwest town in the heart of the United States, but she always had dreams of traveling and discovery. She was a dreamer with a vivid imagination often embarking on epic adventures, mythical quests, and fantastical journeys in far-off lands full of unlimited possibilities.

She enjoys sharing her adventures with fellow readers who crave an escape between the pages of a good book. With vivid characters who come to life in her stories, she often finds herself disappearing into the worlds she creates and hopes that her readers will also find a place where they can lose themselves for a while.

Although romance is a recurring theme in her stories, her characters are not bound to just one plotline. They may find themselves in a range of unique and exciting situations, such as working on a ranch in Montana, discovering you're a wolf shifter caught in a hidden world filled with intrigue, danger, and potential, riding a majestic dragon through the skies, wielding a gleaming sword on a battlefield, or embarking on a thrilling quest to discover long-lost treasure.

When she’s not writing, she enjoys gardening, kayaking, cooking and baking for her family and friends, watching football, and traveling with her husband.

My Story

I realized that I wanted to be an author when I was in sixth grade and I'm finally living that dream.

I spent twenty-five years writing in the business world, which of course, is completely different than actively developing lifelike characters, realistic situations, interesting places, AND creating drama for your characters to tackle and overcome. But I have so many great adventures to share with you!

If you like contemporary romance, I’ve got you covered. Capturing Jake's Heart was my debut novel, which led into a trilogy set in Montana on a guest ranch with, you guessed it, cowboys. They cover the life and love of three wholesome men who have just met their match, and like any relationship, there is drama, sleepless nights, and difficult decisions involved. In October of 2025, I published the first book in my new series, Echoes & Allies. My characters haven't told me how many books it will take to tell their story, but the second book will (hopefully) come out in summer 2026. Molded by Moonlight & Fury is book one, and is available on Amazon in paperback, hardcover, and e-book formats. This series is appropriate for teens and adults alike.
